You are Tarisai, a young queen who is challenged by the gods to prove her worth as a ruler by venturing into the Underworld and conquering its labyrinth-like environment. You must avoid the abiku – demons of the Underworld that want to steal your soul – and make it through the maze and back to the Kingdom of Aritsar to take your place as queen.
